About the job

As part of the MiNODES Sales Team your main task will be to connect with new prosperous leads in the DACH to create added value and drive their performance by selling our cutting edge technology and supplying them with crucial insights about their customers. Our SaaS Solution provides value for a broad range of brick and mortar businesses, therefore your playing field is broad and provides plenty of space and opportunities. It is your responsibility to prospect and forecast sales activities and revenue achievements accurately while creating satisfied customers. You participate in the creation, presentation and sales of a complete value proposition via the telephone, internet, and client meetings. You position and demonstrate MiNODES’ cutting edge SaaS solutions to create value-adding business opportunities. You negotiate pricing and contractual terms.

Who we are looking for
  • You are a native German speaker, fluent in English and speak the language of retail
  • You hold a University degree and have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in sales
  • You consistently overachieve quotas and revenue goals
  • You have a proven track record of effectively identifying and selling to C-level executives
  • You are experienced in managing complex sales-cycles and demonstrated ownership of territory and account management
  • Your negotiation and interpersonal skills are outstanding
  • You can communicate MiNODES’ technology as an approachable, understandable and intuitive solution that enables business excellence across retail operations and marketing management
  • You have solid knowledge of the DACH retail market, understand its structures and hierarchies, as well as its strategies, market influences and market movements
  • You have experience with Salesforce, MS Office and other sales productivity tools
  • Willingness to travel is crucial
